Sesame Characters
While at BEC, Alan worked directly with Themed Entertainment division of Sesame Workshop to create the entertainment in the Sesame nodes in each of the BEC Theme Parks. Assembled teams, collaborated on and monitored the artistic vision, sets, script, music, costuming, worked with design/engineering on budget and execution timelines. Developed the Sesame Christmas show for multiple parks. Instrumental in coordinating multi-park teams and designers to develop a consistent and cohesive approach to this equity.
Live Shows
Alan just returned from Hersheypark as Producer for Matt Davenport Productions of TAP and Rock the Jukebox, two world-class, extraordinary live shows.
Aquatica
Alan was Executive Producer for all 22 hours of background music for the new BEC waterpark, which opened in 2008. Established the zones and the musical character of each zone, wrote the RFP, coordinated the entire production and mastering of the original and needledrop music production.
Netherlands Dolfinarium
Alan worked with the extraordinary staff and trainers and Thad Lacinak and Angi Millwood (www.precisionbehavior.com) at the Netherlands Dolfinarium to produce the brand new 2010 dolphin show--"De Droom Wens," complete with new set, lighting, video, music and behaviors.
