Charle E. Young, CEO, MBA. Chicago, IL
Charles is a Missouri native who brings an impressive background and extensive experience. He is an Army Veteran who served as a logistics officer for over 20 years, where he developed exceptional skills in strategic operations and resource management. Following his military service, Charles spent over 14 years managing Federal Law Enforcement operations with both the Customs and Border Patrol and the Office of Field Operations, demonstrating his ability to lead teams and drive results in high-pressure environments. He has successfully worked with Private Equity Firms, led Greenix as their Vice President of Operations and VP of Bee Line Commercial Cleaning. Charles holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and a master’s degree in Business Management, further solidifying his strong foundation in leadership and organizational excellence.
